1. Services
- All payments for aesthetic treatments and services are final and non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
- This policy is in place because aesthetic treatments are personalized, consumable, and results may vary from person to person.
2. Retouch Sessions
- If results require adjustment, clients may be eligible for a retouch session at no additional cost, provided that:
- The request is made within the follow-up period specified during your consultation.
- The treatment performed is one that reasonably requires retouch (e.g., semi-permanent makeup, skin procedures, injectables).
- Post-treatment care instructions were properly followed.
- Retouch sessions must be booked within the timeframe advised by our staff.
- Retouch is not valid if the client undergoes corrective treatment at another clinic or provider.
3. Products
- For hygiene and safety reasons, all product sales are final. Opened or used items (such as creams, serums, and skincare kits) cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
4. Cancellations & Missed Appointments
- Payments for scheduled appointments are non-refundable if the client fails to show up or cancels without at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Rescheduling is allowed if notice is given within the required timeframe.
5. Liability Disclaimer
- Results of aesthetic treatments vary depending on individual skin type, health, and lifestyle.
- Beauty Creations Aesthetic does not guarantee identical results for every client.
- Our commitment is to provide safe, professional care, and reasonable aftercare support, including retouch options where applicable.
